Zusammenfassung:	NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R1 and R2 are lower alkyl or R1 and R2 together with bonded N form 4-membered-8-membered nitrogen- containing heterocyclic ring (may be replaced with OH or lower alkoxy); R3 is H or lower alkyl; Q is -CH=CH-or -CidenticalC-: m is 0 or 1; n is 1-4; group shown by formula II is bonded to meta- or para-position based on aminoalkyl group; m is 1 when Q is -CidenticalC-] or a salt thereof. EXAMPLE:cis-4-[3-(1-Piperidinylmethyl)-phenoxy]-2-butenylamine. USE:An intermediate for synthesizing a compound having excellent antagonism on histamine H2 acceptor. PREPARATION:For example, a compound shown by formula II is reacted with a compound shown by formula III (X2 is halogen) to give a compound shown by formula IV, which is subjected to hydrazine decomposition to give a com pound shown by formula I wherein m is 0 and Q is -CH=CH-.
