EXAMPLE:cis-4-[3-(1-Piperidinylmethyl)-phenoxy]-2-butenylamine. USE:An intermediate for synthesizing a compound having excellent antagonism on histamine H2 acceptor. PREPARATION:For example, a compound shown by formula II is reacted with a compound shown by formula III (X2 is halogen) to give a compound shown by formula IV, which is subjected to hydrazine decomposition to give a com pound shown by formula I wherein m is 0 and Q is -CH=CH-.
