PURPOSE:To prevent shortcircuit between terminals by covering one of positive and negative terminals of battery with an insulation member then inserting both terminals into a printedboard thereafter passing through a solder tank and removing the insulation member to solder that terminal. CONSTITUTION:A tube 4 made of thermosetting resin having one closed end is applied over one of the positive or negative electrode terminal 2, 3 projected from the battery body 1. Then both terminals 2, 3 are passed through a hole 7 in a printedboard 5 and passed through a solder tank as it is to solder only the terminal 3 having no tube 4 to the conductive pattern 6. Thereafter, the tube 4 is removed to solder the terminal 2 to the conductive pattern 6 then fix to the printedboard 5 of battery 1. Consequently, shortcircuit between the terminals 2, 3 when passing through the solder tank is prevented resulting in easy soldering work.
