Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:The titled spreader obtained by blending sodium polyacrylate with gum, being added to minced raw fish meat so that it is provided with adhesivity and the scattering of fish bait by crumbling in water can be prevented. CONSTITUTION:(A) 1pts.wt. sodium polyacrylate is blended with (B) about 1- 100pts.wt. carrageenan, xanthan gum, vegetable gum (e.g., quar gum, gum arabic) to give a spreader for fish bait. About 0.22-2.2wt% spreader is added to minced raw fish meat.
