Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject polyester readily be hydrolyzed and having excellent anti-pilling properties by copolymerizing with specific amounts of plural phosphorus compounds. CONSTITUTION:(A) Dicarboxylic acid such as terephthalic acid (derivative) is mixed with (B) ethylene glycol, etc., and (C) mixture of (i) monoalkyl acid phosphate expressed by formula I (R is 1-8C alkyl, etc.) and (ii) dialkyl acid phosphate expressed by formula II in molar ratio of 99:1-1:99 in an amount of 1000-2000ppm calculated as phosphorus atom, then polymerized to afford the aimed polyester.
