DECORATIVE LAMINATE PANEL FOR BUILDING AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of efflorescence positively, and to hold fine appearance for a prolonged term by interposing a flexible sheet between a decorative sheet and a concrete substrate. CONSTITUTION:A decorative sheet 1 composed of stone is laminated onto a concrete substrate 4, and a flexible sheet 10 is interposed between these substrate 4 and decorative sheet 1. The flexible sheet 10 has flexibility and has not water permeability, the sheet of resins such as a soft vinyl chloride resin or the sheet of rubbers such as a neoprene rubber is used, and it is favorable that elongation at the time of rupture is 20-1,000%. For manufacturing the panel, a fixed number of the decorative sheets 1 are placed onto a formwork K, joint sections 1a are filled with a sealing material, and the flexible sheet 10 is arranged onto the decorative sheet 1. Concrete is placed onto the flexible sheet, and the concrete substrate 4 is shaped while the concrete substrate 4 and the decorative sheets 1 are connected by connectors.
