PURPOSE:To perform high-speed recording on plain paper by imaging the original picture on the array consisting of multiple photoelectric transducers and discretely and simultaneously inputting the outputs from the respective elements to multiple recording electrodes thereby performing recording. CONSTITUTION:The original picture 1 moves in the arrow direction. The image on the surface of the original picture 1 is formed on the surface of a photoelectric transducer array 4 by a lighting lamp 2 and imaging lens 3. The respective photoelectric transducers are connected, one to one, to the respective recording electrodes of a recording electrode unit 5. A counter electrode 6 is disposed by having the specified spacing above the recording electrode unit 5. Recording paper 7 is inserted between both and the recording is accomplished while the recording paper 7 is moving in the arrow direction. Hence, the recording may be done at a high speed on the plain paper.
