COARSE AND LARGE MATERIAL CRUSHING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent an error in capturing by providing a sloped side surface for guiding a coarse and large material to a hopper and mounting crushing blades for biting to crushing rollers facing the coarse and large material. CONSTITUTION:The coarse and large material W is supplied along the side wall 6a of the hopper 6. The front end of the coarse and large material W is bitten by the crushing blade 21 for biting of the 1st upper crushing roller 2 and is sheared and crushed by the crushing blade 21 for biting of the 2nd upper crushing roller 3 and the crushing blade 27 for shearing. The crushed matter falls down and is further crushed by the lower crushing roller 4 and the 3rd upper crushing roller 4. The sizes are unified by square meshes 35 and the projecting parts are cut by a counter knife 40. The crushed matter is released downward into the square meshes 35. The rest are reduced upward according to the revolution of the upper crushing rollers 2, 3 and are again crushed. Even the coarse and large material is surely bitten in this way.
