METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING DISCHARGE OF KNEADED MATTER OF KNEADING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To sufficiently loosen and discharge kneaded matter by checking the degree of kneading of the martial to be kneaded, rising a revolving roller, continuing stirring by a scraper even thereafter, and discharging the kneaded matter by opening a keneaded matter discharge door upon lapse of a prescribed period of time. CONSTITUTION:A material S of, for example, a molding sand is charged into a kneading tank 1 and is subjected repeatedly to agitating and pressurizing by scrapers 7, 8 and a revolving roller 4. A kneading degree checker 12 operates to partly remove the system sand in the kneading tank 1 and to check the degree of kneading upon lapse of the prescribed time. A signal is emitted from the checker 12 to a controller 13 by which a pressurizing cylinder 5 is actuated and the revolving roller 4 is risen. The system sand in the kneading tank 1 is thereafter repeatedly agitated by the scrapers 7, 8 and the part of the system sand formed to a hard cake shape T is sufficiently loosened as well. A signal is emitted from the controller 13 at the point of this time and an opening/closing cylinder 9 is actuated, by which a kneaded matter discharge door 11 is opened and the system sand is discharged.
