Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To cover a whole surface with fluorescent radiation phenomenon and to widen it by collectively roughing the surface of a fluorescent colored synthetic plastic material. CONSTITUTION:The surface of fluorescent colored synthetic plastic is collectively roughed by mechanical means (blowing of grounding material with compressed air, grinding, molding) or medicine processing (corroding). Since the roughing means is employed, processing area, the size, shape, depth of the roughed part (finely-roughly) can be freely controlled. Thus, the intensity of fluorescent radiation phenomenon can be controlled. The collectively roughing can be performed only on one side or on both sides.
