Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a silicone rubber composition having excellent electrical insulation, heat conductivity and flame-retardancy and suitable as electronic parts, electrical parts, etc., by compounding specific amounts of thermally conductive inorganic powder, aluminum hydroxide powder, a platinum compound and triiron tetroxide powder. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a silicone rubber with (B) 300-670 pts.wt. (preferably 500-670 pts.wt.) of thermally conductive inorganic powder (e.g., aluminum nitride or boron nitride), (C) 30-150 pts.wt. (preferably 30-100 pts.wt.) of aluminum hydroxide powder, (D) 0.001-0.01 pts.wt. of a platinum compound (e.g., chloroplatinic acid) in terms of platinum and (E) 3-50 pts.wt. (preferably 10-30 pts.wt.) of triiron tetroxide powder. |
