ONE-PACK TYPE FLEXIBLE EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, containing an epoxy resin, blocked isocyanate urethane prepolymer, ketimine, etc., excellent in flexibility, adhesiveness and storage stability and useful as adhesives, etc., capable of bonding glass, etc., without using a primer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition containing (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a blocked isocyanate urethane prepolymer, (C) a ketimine, (D) a catalyst for modified silicone resins and (E) a silane compound. Furthermore, the component (B) is a compound, having (i) an isocyanate urethane prepolymer and (ii) a blocking agent. The component (i) is a compound obtained from a polyhydroxyl compound and a polyisocyanate in excess and having 1-10wt.% isocyanate content and 600-5000 average molecular weight. The component (ii) is a compound having monohydric phenolic hydroxyl group. The components (i) and (ii) are reacted at 1/(1.0-1.5) equivalent ratio of NCO/phenolic OH and the isocyanate groups of the component (i) are masked with the phenolic hydroxyl groups the component (ii).
