Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the large degree of freedom in the setting place of a fixed data transmission/reception terminal equipment, to speedily specify the position of an unmanned carrier and to attain flexible control for deceleration and stop, etc., by using a weak wave and executing the transmission/reception of data. CONSTITUTION:For a fixed data transmission/reception terminal equipment 9, the weak wave is used as a wave to be transmitted from an antenna 11 and a communicable range is limited in the quite vicinity of the equipment 9. When the unmanned carrier travels on a traveling path 14 and comes to the position 8a of the unmanned carrier, communication can be realized for the first time through an antenna 13a by a on-vehicle data transmission terminal equipment 12a. Then, it can be known that the unmanned carrier arrives at the position 8a. Namely, by using radio communication to utilize the weak wave as a communicating means between the respective unmanned carriers and equipment 9, the large degree of freedom can be obtained in the setting place of the equipment 9 and the position of the unmanned carrier can be speedily specified. Then, the flexible control can be executed for the deceleration and stop, etc.
