Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To quickly and readily cope with instantaneous fishing state and prevent breaking of fishline or cutting of mouth of fish by providing changing mechanism in reel box and quickly changing spool to drag operating state and spool-freely rotating state. CONSTITUTION:Free rotations of spool shaft 10 and spool 12 are carried out by press down of operating part 8a of clutch lever 8 and the free rotations are automatically removed by rotation of handle. An operating part 5a of thumbing lever 5 is pulled up by spool shaft 10 in free rotation state and braking is operated, thus break down of fishline is prevented even in sudden slow down or stopping of drawing out speed of fishline drawn out from reel by pulling of a catch.
