REINFORCED CAGE OF CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE PILE AND EXECUTION USING SAME

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a cracking in the soil in case of grouting of cement milk by providing a pressure cell and a gravel chamber to the lower end of a reinforced cage and providing a covering with high permeability to the circumferential wall of the gravel chamber and the bottom wall. CONSTITUTION:A reinforced cage is so constituted that a pressure cell 5 is provided to the lower end thereof, a grout pipe capable of grouting from the ground is provided and a gravel chamber 4 is provided to the pressure cell 5. The circumferential sides and bottom of the gravel chamber 4 are surrounded by a synthetic fiber covering 17 with high strength of the coefficient of permeability, 1.0X10 - 10X10cm/sec. The reinforced cage is inserted into a boring bored to the soil, and cement milk is forced to the inside of the gravel chamber 4 to harden after placing concrete by using a tremie pipe. According to the constitution, the occurrence of a cracking in the soil caused by grouting of cement milk can be prevented, and the soil and the chamber can be integrated.
