COLOR PHOTOGRAPHIC SILVER HALIDE MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To obtain especially high color density by forming a silver halide emulsion layer containing silver halide grains having a specified content of silver chloride and a layer containing an ultraviolet absorber being liquid at 15 deg.C and hardened with an instant aneous hardener. CONSTITUTION: At least one silver halide emulsion layer containing silver halide grains having a silver chloride content of at least 80mol% is formed on a support coated with the layer containing the ultraviolet absorber being liquid at 15 deg.C and cured with the instant aneous hardener. This hardener means a compound for cross-linking a proper binder through a cross-linking reaction in a speed of completing hardening instantly after its casting or within at least 24 hrs after it, preferably, within 8 hrs, without changing a sensimetrical value and in an extent of allowing swelling of a combination of layers, thus permitting the color density to be substantially enhanced in such a color photographic arrangement.
