Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make a motor mounting mechanism or an axle easy by setting an outer rotor type motor using a multipole magnetizing radial-aeolotropic permanent magnet in a wheel. CONSTITUTION:A stationary armature 1 laminated with silicon steel plates and wound up with a coil is connected and fixed to an axle 8 by a spline. A rotor comprises a magnet 2 and a yoke 3. Bearings 7, 12 are fixed to the axle 8. The rotation of the motor is conveyed to a hub plate 6 which is connected to the bearing 7 by a rotation conveying plate 4 and a stator 5 and combined with the stator 5. A tire 11 is supported by a rim 10, which is mounted on the hub plate 6 via a wheel 9.
