Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve the cleaning workability of a mold with less build-up and an excellent mold releasing property by incorporating, as an essential component, ethylene/propylene copolymer wax having a specific weight average molecular weight and melting point, and dispersing it into an inorganic solvent. CONSTITUTION:Ethylene/propylene copolymer wax is contained as an essential component, and it is dispersed into an inorganic solvent. The ethylene/propylene copolymer wax used herein is of 500-1,000 in its weight average molecular weight, ant 70-95 deg.C in its melting point. The wax density in the mold releasing agent for polyurethane foam molding should be of 20 weight % or less, prefer ably, it may be of 15 weight % or less. The copolymerizing rate of polypropylene in a copolymer may desirably be 5 weight % or more, and it may preferably be 10 weight % or more. Although it can be used wherein any other non-polarized wax, e.g. polyethylene wax or microcrystalline wax or the like are blended into the ethylene/propylene copolymer wax, it should be necessary for the ethylene/propylene copolymer wax to be contained at 50 weight % or more in the whole of the blended wax. |
