LEAD WELDING EQUIPMENT OF FILM CAPACITOR

PURPOSE:To increase and stabilize a welding strength and to unnecessitate a working of a welding equipment just after it starts to operate by locating spraying nozzles so that heated air blows against welding electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Spraying nozzles 2a, 2b are located so that heated air blows against welding electrodes 6a, 6b. At the time of welding, the air is heated by heaters 1a, 1b to the temperature which is higher than a melting point of an impregnation agent. The heated high temperature air is sprayed continuously onto the tip of the electrodes 6a, 6b from the nozzles 2a, 2b. The impregnation agent attached to the tip of the electrodes 6a, 6b is melted by the high temperature air sprayed from the nozzles 2a, 2b and is blown out. By this method, the said impregnation agent can be removed easily. Even when a thermoplastic impregnation agent such as a wax is attached and hardened on the tip of the electrodes, it can be blown out. Since the tip of the electrodes can be always free of the impregnation agent, a welding strength of leads is increased and at the same time a variation of the welding strength becomes small.
