Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of a plow by regulating the turning of an arm and also by providing shear-pin which is cut when an abnormal external force is applied to the plow, in the rocking arm for journaling a variable snowplow installed on a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A snowplow 1 capable of being rocked back and forth is fitted to a vehicle via rocking arms 10, cylinders 5, and fitting members 2. On the rear surface of the snowplow 1, brackets 11 equipped with a shear-pin 14 are provided. Thereby the turning of the rocking arms 10 are regulated, and also when an abnormal force is applied to the plow 1, the shear-pin 14 is cut to release the regulation. Thus, the breakage of the plow 1 can be prevented.
