ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY

PURPOSE:To deter noise made when a contact is opened or closed to prevent a malfunction of the other circuit caused by an electromagnet by sticking an insulating tape to the back of a movable contactor which a movable member in a specified electromagnetic relay pressingly touches. CONSTITUTION:In an electromagnetic relay where a contact 7a is opened and closed by exiting an electromagnet 3 to suck one end of a movable member 6 and pushingly press a movable contactor 7 with the other end of the member 6 to open and close a contact 7a, an insulating sheet 9 is sticked to a portion to be pushingly pressed by at least the member 6 of the movable contactor 7. In this constitution, when voltage is applied to the coil 5 of the electromagnet 3, it is sucked to the magnetic pole of an iron core 4 and the member 6 circularly moves in the direction of an arrow B. While the other end of the member 6 comes to be in a state of conductivity because the contact 7a of the contactor 7 is closed to a fixed contact 8a of a fixed contactor 8 through a sheet 9. Thereby, noise made by an arc at the time of contact operation is prevented by the sheet 9 so that the coil 5 is never induced. The electromagnet 3, therefore, does not malfunction other circuits.
