Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To shorten a carrying time and to improve operation efficiency by finding out two travelling routes at the time of requesting the recovery or delivery of an object to be worked from plural devices, and travelling a carrier in accordance with the travelling route with the shortest travelling distance. CONSTITUTION:The recovery or delivery requests of magagines 1 to 4 are outputted from plural devices out of devices A1 to am or B1 to Bn arranged along orbits 2, 3. Travelling routes capable of travelling a self-travelling robot 8 or 9 are found out on the orbit 2 or 3 and the travelling distances of respective found travelling routes are found out. The robot 8 or 9 is travelled in accordance with the travelling route with the shortest travelling distance out of the found travelling routes and stopped on positions corresponding to respective devices generating the recovery or delivery requests. Consequently, the carrying time of the object to be worked can be shortened and the operation efficiency of the device can be improved.
