MECHANISM AND DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING FUEL GAS AND AIR FOR COMBUSTION IN BURNER

PURPOSE:To enable adjustment of supply quantities with an air fuel ratio fixed, by constructing a combustion air supply system from a blower to a burner and a fuel gas supply system from a low pressure gas system to the burner through a booster and by rotating and driving the rotation drive shaft of the blower and that of the booster by a common motor. CONSTITUTION:A combustion air supply system 1 from a blower 2 to a burner 3 and a fuel gas supply system 4 from a low pressure gas system 5 to the burner 3 through a booster 6 are provided. The rotation drive shaft of the blower 2 and that of the booster 6 are constructed in one body as a supply shaft 7, and a power transmission means is constructed between the common shaft 7 and the rotation drive shaft 9 of a motor 8. On the respective downstream sides of the blower 2 and the booster 6 of the combustion air supply system 1 and the fuel gas supply system 4, an air fuel ratio control mechanism is constructed of an air control valve 12, an equalizing valve 13 and orifices 14 and 14'. The motor 8 is operated at a variable speed by a speed control means such as an inverter. According to this constitution, adjustment of supply quantities with an air fuel ratio fixed can be conducted easily by a simple construction.
