DISTRIBUTION LINE SUPPORTING DEVICE FOR LIVE WIRE WORK

PURPOSE:To perform a distribution line work such as the change of assembling poles safely and efficiently by a small number of high elevation working cars in a live wire condition by being equipped with a bypass cable electrically connected between the cable drawing arm and an electric clamper each other. CONSTITUTION:A principal part is composed of a supporting arm 13, an electric pole holding mechanism 30, a cable drawing arm 60, a bypass cable 70 and a bypass cable connector 71. With a high elevation working car the main body of a supporting device is supported and fixed by the electric pole holding mechanism 30 at the predetermined height position of the electric pole. After that, a pair of cable clampers 71, right and left, with which the cable drawn arm 60 is equipped are raised and moved. The cable in transmission is clamped with these clampers 71. The bypass cable 70 connected to the cable clampers gets conducting and it is now possible to perform the telescopic motion of the cable drawing arm 60 and the cutting and processing work of the cable. The distribution work such as the change of assembling of poles, etc., can thereby safely be performed while the wire remains alive.
