ELECTRONIC MUSICAL INSTRUMENT

PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom and to improve the practicability by setting and storing keyboard patches and sound patches, and selecting and switching only necessary patches. CONSTITUTION:The 1st storage means 2 is stored with plural kinds of setting contents as to the keyboard patches and the 1st selecting means 3 selects specific setting contents from the set contents. A play information alteration means 4 adds information or alters play information from a play input means 1. Further, the 2nd storage means 5 is stored with plural kinds of setting contents as to the sound patches and the 2nd selecting means 6 selects specific setting contents. Then a musical sound generating means 7 generates a musical sound from the play information after the information addition or alteration from the play information alteration means 4. Consequently, the electronic musical instrument which has the large degree of freedom and is rich in practicability is obtained.
