Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To set the high shutter speed where hand blurring does not occur by obtaining the shutter speed capable of preventing an object image from being blurred as a fuzzy quantity and calculating a proper diaphragm value. CONSTITUTION:A fuzzy inference means 4 which obtains the shutter speed TVF capable of preventing the object image from being blurred as the fuzzy quantity based on the focal length of a photographing lens detected by a focal length detecting means 2 and on the accelerated vibration and the speed of a camera, which are detected by a blurring detecting means 3 executes the fuzzy interference. A second arithmetic means 5 selects the higher speed out of this obtained shutter speed TVF and the shutter speed TVS obtained from a photometric value, and calculates a proper diaphragm value AV based on the selected shutter speed. Thus, without greatly increasing memory, the high shutter speed free from hand-blurring is set.
