Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain an antitoxic agent against exotoxin of Clostridium botulinum containing tea polyphenol as a main ingredient, effective in prevention and as a medicine against toxic symptoms due to exotoxin of bacterial cell produced by Clostrium botulinum and having no side effect injurious to human body. CONSTITUTION:The objective antitoxic agent against exotoxin of Clostridium botulinum containing one or more kinds of substances selected form tea polyphenol, preferably epigallocatechin gallate, epigallocatechin, epicatechin, (+) catechin, free teaflavin, teaflavin monogallate A or B and teaflavin digallate expressed by formula I to formula II (R1 is H or OH; R2 to R4 is H or formula III) as a main ingredient, extremely useful to prevention or medicine against food poisoning due to Clostridium botulinum, because it acts specifically and strongly to exotoxin of bacterial cell produced by Clostridium botulinum and free from fear of side effects because it uses a natural material daily drunk in considerable amount as a main ingredient.
