Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide the filter which has fibrous materials, adsorption filter materials and chemical adsorptive materials contg. highly nucleophilic additive compds. and enediol compds. chemically reacting with excitation and base level aldehydes and has high efficiency for removing toxic and carcinogenic materials. CONSTITUTION: The mechanical (fibrous materials) and/or the adsorption filter materials as well as at least one kind of the compds. which are not filtered by the mechanical and/or adsorption filter materials and have the high nucleophilic additiveness capable of chemically reacting with the excitation and base level aldehydes and forming stable adduct as well as the component having the enediol structure expressed by the formula are compounded in such a manner that the amt. of the enediol type compds. is >=50wt.% of the other chemical adsorption component and 40 to 300wt.% of the adsorption filter materials, by which the filter is constituted. The tobacco smoking filter is thus obtd.
