AUTOMATIC DIAL TELEPHONE NUMBER DISPLAY METHOD

PURPOSE:To confirm the fact of automatic dialing of a telephone number visually by bringing a number of a digit during dialing sequentially in the display state different from other digit number among digits of the telephone number during automatic dialing. CONSTITUTION:When a retrieval key on a keyboard 3 is operated, a telephone number data is sequentially read from a storage medium 1 and the telephone number is being displayed on a display section 2. When a desired telephone number is displayed and the dial key on the keyboard 3 is operated, the number of the head digit of the telephone number is dialed and '0' of the head digit is deleted from the display section 2 for this period. When the dialing of '0' is finished, the next digit '4' is dialed succeedingly and '4' is deleted from the display section 2 for this time. The number during dialing is deleted in the display section 2 while the telephone number is sequentially dialed from the number of the head digit.
