ORIGINAL MOLD FOR SHAPING TOOTH CROWN

PURPOSE:To facilitate the shaping of a tooth crown part in simple and easy manners and facilitate the biting adjustment by introducing a tooth crown part formed in the covering state for the top part of a prosthesis tooth mold made of plaster into a shaping mold and pressing the softened plastic onto the top part of the prosthesis tooth mold and carrying out molding. CONSTITUTION:As for a tooth crown part 2 formed on a prosthesis tooth mold 1, a tooth crown molding member 2a having a recessed section which is premolded in conformity with the mold A of the tooth crown part 2 is introduced into said mold A. The tooth crown molding member 2a is heated and softened, and the tooth crown molding member 2a is pressed onto the top part of the prosthesis tooth mold 1 through the mold A, and the inner surface of the tooth crown molding member 2a is closely attached onto the prosthesis tooth mold 1, and the tooth crown part 2 is molded. After cooling the tooth crown part 2, the mold A is separated. Therefore, in correspondence with the mold A, the tooth crown part 2 can be molded to a determined shape in simple manners, and the tooth crown part 2 is molded integrally with the prosthesis tooth mold 1, and stability can be greatly improved.
