PURPOSE:To improve the peeling efficiency by a method wherein a path controlling member; which moves between a first position, where the path controlling member comes into contact with a peelable support paper, which is moving from a peeling plate to a guide, and presses in the peelable support paper at this position in the direction where a bending angle of the peelable support paper at an acute angle edge position becomes smaller, and a second position, where the pressing-in of the peelable support paper is released; is provided. CONSTITUTION:A path controlling member 12 is constituted of a shaft 14, of which both ends are supported by a machine body 13 to be free to rotate, claws 15 which are attached to the shaft 14, and a retaining mechanism 16 which retains the claws 15 so that the claws 15 can stop at first and second positions. For this reason, after a peelable support paper 2 of a printing paper 4 is placed on a takeup reel 9, when the claws 15 are moved to the first position by turning a knob 17, the shaft 14 is retained by the retaining mechanism 16 at that position, and even when the turning operational force is released, the claws 15 are retained at the first position. The claws 15 at the first position press in the peelable support paper 2. The peelable support paper 2, which has been located at a position shown by dotted line, heads for a guide 8 since the path is bent by the claws 15. By this method, even when the attaching position of the guide 8 is the same, a bending angle alpha of the peelable support paper 2 at a position of acute angle edge 11 of a peeling plate 7 becomes smaller, and the peeling efficiency is improved.
