Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare a highly pure saccharide solution having a stable pH in a high treating amount without causing any isomerization reaction and decomposition reaction by treating a raw material saccharide solution with a strong acidic cation exchange resin and subsequently with a mixture of a strong acidic cation exchange resin and a week basic anion exchange resin. CONSTITUTION:A raw material saccharide solution (e.g. starch saccharide) is passed through a tower K filled in with a strong acidic cation exchange resin at 40-70 deg.C to treat the solution with the strong acidic cation exchange resin, and the treated solution is subsequently passed through a tower MB filled in with a mixture of a strong acidic cation exchange resin and a week basic anion exchange resin to treat the solution with the mixed ion exchange resins, thereby providing a highly pure saccharide solution while attaining the high treating amount.
