Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject block material effective in contributing to the improvement of the implantation property of algae and the activation of the motion of fish and plankton by attaching a solid electrolyte to the surface of a block material having recesses and hollow parts on the surface. CONSTITUTION:The objective block material can be produced e.g. by arbitrarily forming hollow parts 2 and circular recesses 3 having corrugated rough surface on a fishing bank 1 having truncated pyramidal form and attaching a solid electrolyte attaching agent produced by mixing granular carbon and aluminum alloy to an electrolyte mixture and a binder to the above rough surface.
