MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT FOR STICK-TYPE COSMETIC

PURPOSE:To do without any mold release agent and to reduce the space and the cost equipment by employing a constitution in which a process of cooling a metal mold by water cooling comes before a process of cooling by air. CONSTITUTION:In metal mold shaping, a metal mold 2 is set at a metal mold setting position 22 of a converter line 21, and is preheated by a preheater 23, then lipstick raw material is filled into the metal mold 2 pouring by a filling system 24. Next, a water cooling system 25 sprays cooled water on the metal mold 2, and the liquid lipstick raw material is cooled quickly and shrunk; mold releasing property is improved and the application of mold release agent becomes unnecessary. In the case of filling into a tube 19 directly, a metal mold 18 having tubes 19 is set at the setting position 22, and liquid lipstick raw material is filled into the tubes 19 from an upper metal mold 18C of the metal mold 18 by the filling system 24. And the tubes 19 are cooled by a cooling system 26 together with the metal mold 18, then the tubes 19 are taken out of the metal mold 18 at a products taking out position 27.
