FIELD WINDING OF SALIENT-POLE ROTOR

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacturing and to make it possible to hold a field coil firmly on a magnetic pole core through a magnetic pole insulation by inserting an insulating spacer between the magnetic pole insulating mentioned above on both sides of a drum of the magnetic pole core and the field coil, and fixing the field coil mentioned above in the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:A coil insulation 10 adheres to the upper and lower surfaces of a field coil 3 and the circumferential surface. A felt material 12 of synthetic resin is folded in the shape of U. An insulating spacer 1 is pushed into the U shaped bottom of the felt material 12 in a space between a magnetic pole insulation w and the field coil 3 from the lower direction by means of a bar, etc. After that, the vacuum, pressure and penetration of epoxy resin, etc., are made in a state of integrating a magnetic pole core 1, magnetic pole insulation 2, field coil 3, upper and lower washers 7 and 8, and insulating spacer 11 into a unit, and then, they are heated, overlapped and hardened. According to the constitution, insulation damages or vibration is prevented, and the manufacture of the field coil is facilitated.
