Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To realize a high specificity, high sensitivity detection by employing a solid phase of a carrier and an antigen of a specific etiogenic organism to be bonded irreversibly thereto, and a labeled antibody for the essential antigen of the same organism. CONSTITUTION: Antibodies for syphilis, toxoplasmosis, rubella, cytomegaly, amebiasis, hydatidosis, tetanus, and pertussis are detected and assayed. Competition is caused at a bonding position on a solid phase of a carrier and an antigen of a specific etiogenic organism to be bonded irreversibly thereto using the solid phase and a labeled antibody for the essential antigen of the same organism. The antigen of a specific etiogenic organism to be bonded irreversibly is bonded directly or through a nonimmunochmically bonding spacer.
