Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To maintain the fine and homogeneous flow of a medium by feeding cells into a porous container placed in a main container and received in a liquid medium and subsequently giving rotation and vertical movements to the porous container. CONSTITUTION:The cells of an animal or plant are fed into a porous container such as a net basket 6 from a feeding opening 13 of a main container 1 receiving a liquid medium 2 therein through a tube, etc. A driving device 5 is subsequently operated through a driving shaft 52 and an arm 56 to give to rotation and vertical movements to the net basket 6, thereby contriving to mechanistically, accurately, readily and finely control the stirring force for the cells 4 in the porous container for a reduction in the consumption of power.
