AERIAL CABLE ALIGNER FOR WIRE EXTENSION CONSTRUCTION

PURPOSE:To vary the arrangement of both an existing overhead ground wire(GW) and an optical-fiber composite overhead ground wire(OPGW) easily on the drum field side so that both wires are not crossed on their midways by aligning both wires in the vertical direction and inverting a circular frame at 180 deg.. CONSTITUTION:A GW, an OPGW and a connecting rope R are passed on the inside of a frame body 1, and a circular frame 2, which can be disposed on the ground and is rotated freely at 180 deg., is installed. An aligning roller group is mounted rotatably to the circular frame 2, the GW, the OPGW and the connecting rope R are stretched, and the circular frame 2 can be turned at 180 deg. under the state in which the GW, the OPGW and the connecting rope R are arranged in the vertical direction. Accordingly, the vertical positions of the OPGW and the GW built between steel towers can be inverted, and the arrangement of both wires can be changed easily on the drum field side.
