ON-VEHICLE ACOUSTIC REPRODUCING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To make the direction of presence of a sound image stable over the entire frequency band of a reproduced sound by providing a 1st speaker to front left/right and middle of a cabin and providing a 2nd speaker reproducing intermediate and high frequency range to both sides of left and right of the cabin. CONSTITUTION:Speakers SL, SC, SR being 1st speakers are provided to an instrument panel 5 arranged in front in a cabin 2. Moreover, tweeters TR, TL being 2nd speakers are embedded in a door 6 of a driver's seat 3 and a door 7 of an assistant driver's seat 4. Left and right channel sound signals are led through lines 12, 12a respectively from a sound signal source 11, the phase is processed and inputted to the SL, SC, SR. The phase of the sound signal of the right and left channels of the tweeters TR, TL is processed and inputted and the directivity of the left and right tweeters is made nearly equal at the left and right seats respectively. Thus, the sound image presence direction is made stable into a prescribed direction.
