Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesion of coating, by a method wherein after fine powder of an oxide or a carbide or a nitride or a boride or a sulfide of a specific metal is electrodeposited to a steel sheet with an electrophoretic method by suspending the same within a solvent, to which a monomethyltrialkoxysilane organic solvent solution is applied for heating. CONSTITUTION:Fine powder of an oxide or a carbide or a nitride or a boride or a sulfide of Al, Si, Fe, Zr, Y, Ti, Mo, Co, Zn, Ni, La, Ce, B is electrodeposited to a copper sheet with an electrophoretic method by suspending the same within a solvent. Then a monomethyltrialkoxysilane organic solvent solution whose density is at least 1wt.% or a solution obtained by adding inorganic oxide powder to the organic solvent solution is applied to the copper sheet and heated at 150-1200 deg.C. A matter whose mean diameter does not exceed 5mum is used as the fine powder to electrodeposit ceramic raw material fine powder with the electrophoretic method and the same is electrodeposited by suspending the same into a nonwater solution solvent such as keton or alcohol. With this construction, a ceramics coated steel sheet superior in adhesion of a coating can be manufactured.
