Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance the synthetic efficiency of generating equipment by arranging a follower apparatus for allowing the operation of a sludge dryer to follow generated output and a recovery apparatus utilizing the waste heat generated in a co-generation system. CONSTITUTION:An operation apparatus of sludge treatment is constituted of a waste heat boiler 2 generating heated steam supplied to a sludge dryer 1 for evaporating and drying a sludge, the gas turbine engine 3 equipped with the waste heat boiler 2 and a dynamo 4 for converting the shaft power of the gas turbine engine 3 to electric energy. The heated steam necessary for evaporating and drying sludge in the sludge dryer 1 is supplied by the recovery of the waste heat of the gas turbine engine 3 and, at the same time, power energy is obtained from the dynamo to he supplied to the power demand of sludge treatment and related equipment.
