Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To contrive a uniform cleaning by a method wherein a fresh outside air supplied into a cleaning device runs near ultraviolet lamps for producing cleaning ozone and treats the surface of work in a tray with the ozone and ultraviolet rays and discharges them to the outside of the device by a lower. CONSTITUTION:A boxlike cleaning device 1 is provided in its interior with a suitable number of ultraviolet lamps 2 kept on for producing cleaning ozone, a removable tray 5 under the lamps 2 and a movable shutter 7 between the lamps 2 and the tray 5. When the shutter 7 is closed, the ozone produced from the lamps 2 is discharged to the outside of the device by a fan 10. When the shutter 7 is open, a fresh air taken in by a flower 9 from the outside of the device runs near the lamps 2, treats the surface of work in the tray 5 with the ozone and ultraviolet rays and discharges them from the device. As a result, org. substances on the surface of work are decomposed satisfactorily, thereby permitting a uniform cleaning.
