Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent disablement of acceleration by detecting variation of rotation per unit time of the wheel of accompanying vehicle and switching readhesion control method. CONSTITUTION:When a drive wheel 4 idles due to lowering of frictional coefficient thereof with respect to a rail, the idling is detected through a drive wheel frequency sensor 5 and a control operation operating section 9 performs readhesion control for lowering the torque of a drive motor 6. When a vehicle is not accelerated due to frequent idling, it is detected based on a fact that the variation per unit time of the output frequency from a driven frequency sensor 2 for a driven wheel is lower than a predetermined level, and the idling detection level of the drive wheel frequency sensor 5 is lifted or readhesion control method is modified.
