CONSTITUTION:At least one of the following compd. is incorporated in a flame- retardant resin compsn. wherein a bromine flame-retardant is incorporated in a composite resin consisting of a styrene resin and a carbonate resin to stabilize this resin compsn. Said compd. is one selected from a maleate of a metal selected from those of the groups I, II and IV of the periodic table, a monoester maleate of a metal selected from those of the groups I, II and IV of the periodic table, an epoxypropyl isocyanurate and a zeolite contg. a metal of the groups II and IV of the periodic table.
