Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To form a covering easily mountable on an article and scarcely damaged without collapse by using a heat-shrinking plastic having a gas permeability and moisture absorption to the coating and an easily grasping surface. CONSTITUTION: The covering 1 has all required characteristics, i.e., shrinkability, gas permeability, moisture absorption, easily grasping surface. Further, an interior 3 of the covering 1 has a size to be easily inserting to the article to be covered. After inserting, the covering 1 is heated, and shrunk and brought into close contact with the covered article in a non-slipping state. Thus, the covering 1 is easily mounted on the article, and even if there is a remarkable load generated from an application, the covering which is not slid to cause its positional displacement is obtained.
