Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To operate a reaction device under a condition where an yield can be increased by measuring a wall vibration at several points on the periphery of the reaction device, deciding a region of power spectrum below a resonance peak for each position, and relating a change in the region of the power spectrum to a change in distribution of flow. CONSTITUTION: By an accelerometer attached in a magnetic manner an the wall of a structure, an electric charge output proportional to an instantaneous acceleration of the wall is generated. The electric charge is converted into a volt output which is proportional to a normal acceleration of the wall by an electric charge amplifier, and then processed with a signal processor, so that a power spectrum of acceleration is generated. Thus, a wall vibration is measured and, as a function of frequency, a power spectrum is decided. The wall vibration is measured at several points on the periphery of the reaction device, and the region of a power spectrum below a resonance peak is decided for each position. Then, a region change between adjoining positions of a power spectrum is related to a flaw anisotropy passing a cross-section whose boundary adjoins the periphery containing several points. |
