Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce the extent of variations in an air flow as a whole by bending an intake passage into an L-shaped form at the midway, and setting up an intake cylinder being equipped with both main and sub passages at a spot just behind this bending part, while setting up an inlet of this sub-passage in facing on an outer passage area of the bending part. CONSTITUTION:An intake passage body 2 connected to an air duct 1 is made up of two intake cylinders 2a, 2b. In this case, the intake cylinder 2a on one side is formed of both main and sub passages 4, 7. Then, this main passage 4 is supported at the central part by a holder 11, setting up a fuel injector 5. On the other hand, the sub-passage 7 forms an inlet 7a and an outlet 7b at both ends, while a hot-wire element 8 to measure an air flow is incorporated in the inner part. In addition, a throttle valve 6 is set up in the intake cylinder 2b on the other. At this time, the air duct 1 is bent into an L-shaped form, and the intake cylinder 2a on one side is set up at a spot just behind this bending part, while the inlet 7a of the sub--passage 7 is set up in facing on an outer passage area of the bending part. |
