Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for hot extrusion working by heating Al alloy powder in an inert atmosphere, then breaking down the oxide film on the powder surface by rotating rolls which are different in circumferential speeds, then sintering the powder to a prescribed shape. CONSTITUTION:The quickly solidified powder P of the Al alloy is supplied into a chamber 10 which is held in a vacuum atmosphere from a vat 20 and in heat-treated at about 250-350 deg.C by a heating treatment device 30. The powder P subjected to a heating treatment is fed to the rollers 40 having rollers 41, 42 which face each other and rotate at the circumferential speeds different from each other, by which the powder is compressed and deformed and the oxide films on the surface are broken down. The ratio (V2/V1) of the circumferential speed V2 of the other roller 42 to the circumferential speed V1 of one roller 41 is set at >=3/1, and the respective cylindrical diameters of the rollers 41, 42 are set at about >=300mmphi and the spacing between the rollers is set at about 0.01-0.1mm. The powder P is received in a vat 50 and is introduced into a sintering device 60 by which the powder is sintered to a prescribed shape. The heating treatment of the raw material powder P to the sintering stage thereof is thereby continuously executed, by which the productivity is improved and the cost of production is reduced. |
