Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make a mounting space small as a whole by storing voice data of a front part of a turning bar in a voice memory consisting of an IC memory whose read-out speed is high and storing voice data of a rear part of the turning bar in a magnetic disk, etc., whose recording density is high. CONSTITUTION:A reading-out circuit 5 reads out a front part of a tuning bar 1 and a front part of a tuning bar 10 and outputs them to a line L1 and a line L2, respectively. During this time, a selecting circuit 11 selects an output of the circuit 5. In this state, as soon as read-out from the memory 4 is executed, a magnetic disk control circuit 7 reads out a rear part of the tuning bar 1, a rear part of a tuning bar and a rear part of a tuning bar 100, and written in areas corresponding to the lines L1-L3 of a voice buffer memory 9, respectively. Subsequently, as soon as read-out of the front part of the tuning bar from the memory 4 is ended, a reading-out circuit 10 starts read-out of the memory 9, and outputs the rear part of the tuning bar to the lines L1-L3. During this time, the selecting circuit 11 selects an output of the circuit 10. In this state, when a host device 1 updates a tuning bar number of control information and outputs it continuously, a voice message is synthesized and outputted.
