Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enhance the hardness and scratch resistance of a coated plastic molded product by bonding a film forming raw material consisting of a photopolymerizable compound having a specific composition and a photopolymerization initiator between a synthetic resin base material and a synthetic resin film under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A film forming raw material is prepared by compounding 0.02 to 10 pts.wt. of a photopolymerization initiator with 100 pts.wt. of a photopolymerizable compound consisting of 25 to 100wt.% of a monomer having three or less methacryloyloxy groups in its molecule and viscosity of 150cps or less at 20 deg.C and 0 to 75wt.% of a monomer having two or more methacryloyloxy groups in its molecule and viscosity of 150cps or more at 20 deg.C. This raw material is held between a synthetic resin base material and a synthetic resin film to be bonded under pressure and subsequently irradiated with active energy rays from the surface of the film to be cured. Next, the film is released and the coating surface is irradiated with active energy rays to obtain a coated plastic molded product.
