Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make separation sure, reduce the consumption of solution used, and facilitate the separation work by using a solution made of a caustic alkali added with a chelate agent for the separation of used resist. CONSTITUTION:A solution for separating resist is made for example by adding 25g/l of chelate agent to 50g/l of sodium hydroxide. This reduces the concentration of sodium hydroxide drastically and lower the temperature of the solution by 10-15 deg.C. Used solution may be made reusable by centrifugal separation of resist. Resist is completely separated by spraying the solution at the pressure of 1kg/cm for 2 minutes.
